Tamim Saad

Tamim Saad serves as Senior Deputy CFO at the Israeli Ministry of Environmental Protection. In addition, he is a board member at two of the most prominent entities in the Israeli economy: The Haifa Port ltd., one of the largest ports in Israel and a main economic gate, and The Israel Securities Authority, a central regulatory body in the financial sector. He previously served, among other ministries, as CFO of the Capital Markets and Saving Authority. In 2017 Tamim founded WamdaTec, a program aimed at fostering leadership and entrepreneurial skills in young and talented Arab youth in order to build capacities for the modern employment market. Tamim served at the Israeli Navy is Naval Officer and has a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School, where he was a Wexner Fellow at the Center for Public Leadership. He is also a Diploma candidate at Said Business School at Oxford University.
